Shipping & Returns


Once you have made a purchase on, we will ship the product(s) to your address. It is your responsibility to make sure we get the correct address and that you will be able to collect the shipment. Any item lost in transit due to wrong or incomplete address will not be refunded.


Local Oslo: 1-3 business days. 

Norway: 2-5 business days. 

EU/US: 3-10 business days. 

REST OF WORLD: 10+ business days.



You may return or exchange an item purchased on within 14 days after your have received your delivery. Please contact us by e-mail and we will instruct you on how to return the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you purchased any goods that is damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at so we can help you solve this issue.

You must do this within 14 days after you received your goods.

We will try to repair or replace your product. If that is not possible we will offer you a refund, by the same standards and procedures as a regular return.


Conflict Resolution

The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes out of court. If this is not successful, you may contact the Consumer Council of Norway for mediation. The Consumer Council may be reached at

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, firstly please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, if you live in Scandinavia, please use the return label that comes with your shipping. If you live outside of Scandinavia, please return your item to:

When you return an item we will refund you the shipping costs, as long as your request for an exchange/refund is approved. If your return does not meet the requirements for a refund/exchange (e.g damaged goods etc) we will not be able to refund your shipping costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
